RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us immediately so that we can resolve any issues. We offer an exchange or return and refund policy.


Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at ohmyfloki@gmail.com and we will inform you of the steps to follow. To make the exchange, buyers are responsible for the return and exchange shipping costs (i.e. the return shipping to an address in the U.S. and the exchange shipping from Colombia to the final destination).


If the returned item is not in its original condition, the buyer will be responsible for any loss in value.


Returns are made to the U.S. for the convenience and benefit of customers.



REFUNDS (if applicable)

For any return or exchange, the buyer must contact us within 3 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for the return and exchange shipping costs (i.e. the return shipping to an address in the U.S. and the exchange shipping from Colombia to the final destination).

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.



LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or PayPal. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.


We recommend using a shipping service with tracking or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
